Group Assessment Center

Nowadays, anybody who wants to offer modern, efficient HR consulting, needs to know a lot more than just to be able to find professionals and executives. Siebenlist, Grey & Partner GmbH not only offers the classical external staff recruitment but also a service which can be successful in finding staff from the organisation’s own ranks: in-house consulting. Our special method, the analysis of potential candidates, in form of the assessment centre makes in-house consulting a success for all parties concerned. Our assessment centre is a practical oriented seminar for 8 – 14 participants. Through role playing, case scenarios, discussions and lectures, the candidates are observed and appraised by the executives and of course our consultant. The advantages of this simulation of professional settings are obvious. The candidates not only experience, but also live a situation, which they can expect in the new position. The observers can get a fast idea, because they can see, how the candidates work, hold discussions, make decisions, think strategically, motivate and lead. During the concluding observers conference, all results are analysed, dicussed and shown in a strength and weakness profile. The candidates find out about the results during detailed feedback and performance discussions.

Single Assessment Center

If it is a matter of determining the suitability of a single candidate for a vacant position, we offer individual assessments. This single assessment centre is the intensive form of the analysis of potential and the duration is one day. In doing this, it is possible to assess, with high accuracy, the achievement potential and what further education is required by the candidate. With an individually, tailor made procedural package, our consultant checks the candidate thoroughly.
