Everybody is talking about the new equality law which became lawfully effective on the 18th August. (AGG Germany)There were a lot of prior discussions, there was great uncertainty in every sector, the apprehension to be inundated with actions for damages immense, not to mention the loss of reputation. It is not easy, both for employers, as well as for employees, to cope with this complex scenario.
